COMBAT AIKIDO
ADULTS PROGRAM
COMBAT AIKIDO focuses on training students in conditions approximating real-life scenarios. COMBAT AIKIDO utilizies over 50 training drills to increase endurance, to increase awareness, to increase ability to perform under stress and to increase one's fighting spirit.
A student manual with dojo etiquette, testing requirements & procedures, etc is available upon enrollment.
